When you call, you get me — not a ticket queue. I keep the work simple and the bar high: your setup should be safe, fast, and something you can count on every day.
Safety and security come first. Cameras, networks, and the machines you work on should protect your home or business, not open a door for someone else. I lock things down the right way and explain what I changed.
Speed matters when something is down. I diagnose quickly, give you a clear plan, and get you back up without extra trips or extra talk.
Reliability is the point. A repair, a custom build, or a camera server is not finished until it stays working after I leave. That is the job.
